For our client, we are looking for a HR Business Partner 

What you will do

  • Play a key role in setting up and implementing Talent Acquisition processes across multiple entities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for Czech entities (internal & external hiring), partnering with hiring managers and agencies
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience
  • Plan and execute employer branding activities (career site, marketing collaboration, etc.)
  • Design and support global Learning & Development strategy and competency frameworks
  • Roll out L&D initiatives across entities and support their adoption
  • Act as a partner to local HR and managers in Recruitment, L&D, Talent Management and succession planning
  • Bring ideas to improve HR processes through digitalization and automation

 

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (ideally in an international environment)
  • Interest in Learning & Development and talent processes
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent Czech/Slovak and English
