For our client, we are looking for a HR Controller/ Global Payroll and Workforce Controller.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage HR reporting, including headcount, FTE, personnel costs, and KPIs
- Ensure data quality and consistency across HR, payroll, and finance systems
- Analyze payroll costs, budgets, forecasts, and workforce-related expenses
- Develop dashboards and automate reporting processes using Power BI
- Coordinate workforce planning and personnel cost budgeting activities
- Support the implementation and harmonization of HR and payroll systems
- Prepare management reports and contribute to strategic HR projects
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling, HR analytics, payroll controlling, finance, or a similar analytical role
- Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with Power BI
- Good understanding of payroll processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strong analytical thinking, independence, and attention to detail
- Fluent Czech/Slovak and business-level English
