DACH Regional HR Manager with Fluent German & English
For our international client, we are looking for an experienced DACH Regional HR Manager with Fluent German & English.
What will you be responsible for?
- Act as a trusted HR partner to senior management and provide strategic guidance on people-related topics
- Lead and support HR transformation projects, including HRIS implementation and digital HR initiatives
- Drive key people processes such as performance management, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development
- Support organizational change and business transformation across multiple countries
- Work closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistency, effective governance, and best-practice sharing
- Stay hands-on and support day-to-day HR activities when needed, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR processes
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience in a Senior HR Business Partner, HR Manager, Regional HR Manager, or similar role
- Experience working in an international and multi-country environment
- Strong track record of partnering with senior leaders and management
- Experience with HR transformation, HRIS, performance management, and organizational change
- A combination of strategic thinking and a hands-on approach
- Fluent German and strong business-level English
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
