For our client, we are looking for a Compensation and Performance Management Partner
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop HR reporting, people analytics, and dashboards
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of HR data and HRIS systems
- Support the implementation and maintenance of job architecture and grading frameworks
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management and key stakeholders
- Support ESG, DEI, and other HR compliance-related initiatives
- Lead projects focused on HR data, systems, reporting, and process automation
- Collaborate closely with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR data, HRIS, or HR analytics
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel skills
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and project management capabilities
- Knowledge of job grading methodologies and ESG reporting is an advantage
- Fluent Czech/Slovak and business-level English
