For our client, we are looking for a Compensation and Performance Management Partner

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop HR reporting, people analytics, and dashboards
  • Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of HR data and HRIS systems
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of job architecture and grading frameworks
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management and key stakeholders
  • Support ESG, DEI, and other HR compliance-related initiatives
  • Lead projects focused on HR data, systems, reporting, and process automation
  • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors

 

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR data, HRIS, or HR analytics
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel skills
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and project management capabilities
  • Knowledge of job grading methodologies and ESG reporting is an advantage
  • Fluent Czech/Slovak and business-level English
