Agreement on the Processing of Personal and Sensitive Data

In accordance with Law 101/2000 relating to the protection of personal data including all amendments (hereinafter the “Law”).

By providing my personal data within the form of my resume, I am giving formal consent to DRILL B.S., spol. s.r.o., Polska 1716/54, 120 00 Prague 2, IČ: 272 84 462 (hereinafter the “Administrator”) to process, store and provide this data to third parties with the intent of mediating employment or other legal working relationships on my behalf.

This permission equally relates to the processing of any sensitive data that I may have provided the Administrator.

I hereby declare that I have been informed of my rights by the Administrator, in particular:

the intent to process my personal data,
my personal data, which will be subject to processing,
the automatic processing of my personal data,
making my personal data available to a third party,
my right to request information from the Administrator about the processing of my personal data,
my right to request the Administrator to block, correct, complete or delete my personal data and my right to retract this permission at any time.

I declare that the information provided by me is true and agree to allow the Administrator to process and store my personal data with the intent of mediating employment on my behalf until such time that I retract this permission. I give this permission freely and voluntarily.
