Our Client is looking for an experienced HR Consultant for their Prague office. This position is responsible for the HR related issues in the Prague office. The successful candidate will report directly to HR Manager and will closely cooperate with other members of HR team, Team managers and Department Directors. In this role you will be responsible for:
• Recruitment
• Performance Management System
• Compensation & Benefits
• Training & Development
• Reporting
Your Profile:
1. Minimum qualifications and experience:
• Relevant university degree and minimum 4 years of practice in the HR area
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Experience in international company is advantage
• Experience in IT/TELCO recruitment area is advantage
2. Technical knowledge and expertise:
• Experience in particular areas of HR (recruitment, training, performance management, compensation & benefits)
• Advanced knowledge of the Czech Labour Code
• PC skills on user level
• Excellent communication and presentations skills
• Team working approach
• “Can – do” attitude in whole working tasks and communication
• Positive and proactive approach
• Good adaptability to changes
• Active Czech/Slovak and advanced English
