Looking for Customer Support Specialists

We are looking for confident, flexible and fast learning IT / Customer Support Specialists to join the IT team of our client (renowned international IT company)!!

Primary responsibilities –

· Receive user requests and solve the same within allocated time (as per company timelines)

· Document the request and solution provided accurately in the system

· Allocate unresolved queries to specialists as appropriate

· Follow company’s quality guidelines while interacting with clients on email / phone

· Maintain and update the inventory information on the company’s IT assets

We require –

· Fluent English and German / Finnish / Danish / Norwegian is a MUST

· Willingness to work in shifts (night AND day)

· 6+ months’ experience in an IT support position would be the BEST! If not, then you should have at least a good understanding of IT!!

· High level of confidence

· Quick thinking with logical reasoning ability
